Perfect Bind End Papers are used in most perfect binding applications to finish a book block into a hard cover. The sheets are folded with a glue liner on one side to cover the inside of the hard cover hiding the gap and finishing as the first page of the book (and last with the second end paper) . They come in white and black in a variety of sizes.
