What is FlexBind Paper?
FlexBind® is a specialty digital photo sheet — not a binding system or print process. It's an innovative digital paper engineered to produce true lay-flat panoramic books using standard side-by-side printed sheets. Images split across two pages remain seamless, with zero image loss in the center gutter. Available in multiple base stocks and sizes, each sheet features an integrated flexible hinge that allows even the heaviest weights to open completely flat when bound.
Market Opportunity:
Printers and labs can enter the premium digital book market with no additional equipment investment. Simply substitute FlexBind® paper into your existing workflow and immediately offer an upgraded product tier — beautiful, heavyweight archival volumes that become treasured keepsakes and command a higher price point.
Bind with Existing Equipment:
No new equipment required. Use your current binding setup to produce high-end, lay-flat digital albums — the same process, a dramatically better result.
Upsell Customers:
Offer the same book at two price points. Present the standard version, then upsell to the FlexBind® lay-flat option — higher margin, better product, zero workflow change. To you, it's a paper tray selection. To your customer, it's a completely different book.
