The new Fastbind C500™ is heavy-duty creaser with new innovations to make large-format, premium creasing easier than ever before. A new, innovative creasing mechanism means you need even less manual force to make a perfect crease. You can effortlessly crease paper materials up to 19.6” long.
The C500™ also uses new innovative paper guides for optimized creasing in soft cover production.The guides allow you to easily position the soft cover to correctly space the four creases for the cover fold. In addition a side guide ensures perfect 90-degree alignment of creases.

Features H32PRO/H46PRO
The H32PRO & H46PRO are similar in all aspects, with the H46's increased size that can make larger book covers. The H32PRO can make up to 12" x 12" and the H46 can make up to 18" x 18" book covers.
Light table with registration marks- for thick and thin cover materials, used to precisely align the cover position on the table for quick and easy board placement.
Edge folding unit- To fold the printed material around the four edges of the cover boards after placement.
Options:
Corner Cutter (optional) allows for the precise cutting of the cover material on the corner(s) at a 45 degree cut, for a professional finish.
Spacer Set (Optional) 5 different sizes 8,10,12,14,& 16 MM allows the operator to quickly change the GAP size between the cover and spine boards, as different binding methods require larger gap spacing when making a hard cover. Perfect Binding can use any size, Staple binding 12, 14 or 16, Mounted album binding 14 or 16mm. # ring binders and coil/wire-o binding need the spacers off.
Easy to use
The Fastbind Casematic H32/H46 are very easy to use. Position your printed cover on the illuminated table; the vacuum assistance, register marks and center line ensure accurate placement. Once the boards are attached to the cover, you can easily fold the edges on the integrated edge-wrapper. The folding unit is adjustable for different board thicknesses.
Versatile applications
The applications are virtually unlimited: books and photo book covers, CD, DVD and other cases, ring binders, punch binding covers and many more. It is the ideal solution for photographic studios, photo labs and professional photographers as well as digital printers, copy shops and on-demand publishers.
